A lovely gift for a friend or loved one, or simply just treat yourself, knowing that every penny you spend will help bring Sage Gardener (Community Interest Company) one step closer to reaching their fundraising target.
Sage Gardener (Community Interest Company) enables members of the local community to use gardening, floral crafts and the natural environment to improve their health and well-being.
Their friendly garden is based near Swinderby, Lincolnshire. Set in an ancient woodland it consists of gardens (vegetable, flower, sensory and wildlife) as well as wooden activity cabins that mean the valuable facility can be used year-round.
Many members of the community use the site, especially those who are carers, older, lonely or affected by mental health issues. Sage Gardener CIC runs social and educational activities on site that have been shown to improve well-being and help create memories.
In winter, the weather curtails some of these activities, so the founders Jane and David Newman are keen to add a new wooden cabin to the site to enable them to offer activities for bigger groups even through the dreariest weather. Several fundraising activities are planned to help them reach their £4000 target, the first of which is a 2020 Calendar priced at £10 (inc P&P)
Make An Entrance has supported the project with sponsorship and providing the online order processing which means that every penny raised through calendar sales will go straight to fundraising.
We close for Christmas on 20th December. All calendars ordered after this date will be posted when we re-open on 2nd Jan 2020.
